Winyi Joseph Lwanga

Winyi Joseph Lwanga is an Academician, Literacy activist and a Language and Cross-Cultural Facilitator. The Co-founder of Bold Africa – Uganda. A non-profit that deals in youth empowerment, skilling and professional development. Under this organization is the Bold Books Innovations – a program where they do creative and functional writing trainings, debating and public speaking trainings for students in Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and Universities in Uganda. Winyi is the author of English Language Simplified a Secondary school text book used all over Uganda and E. Africa. He holds a Honors Degree in English Language and Literature teaching from Makerere University. He also obtained certificates in Designing, Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and another in Teaching English as a Second Language. He has taught at Sacred Heart Seminary, Lords Meade Vocational College, Kajjansi Progressive S.S.S and has facilitated in various Secondary Schools. Joseph is the pioneer teacher of English as a Second Language (ESL) at GEMS Cambridge International School – Kampala.
